Herbs to Calm the Farm – Week 8 – Siberian ginseng

This week we’re getting to know Eleutherococcus senticosus, a little better. Commonly known as Siberian ginseng, it can sometimes get a little confused with other ginsengs and thought to be stimulating or overly energising. However, Siberian ginseng works quite differently. Rather than pushing the body into action, it supports and nourishes the nervous system, working to improve cognitive function and physical and mental endurance1 while supporting the bodies’ ability to adapt to external stressors, making it easier to cope with the demands of daily life. 2

The outcome is steadier energy, clearer thinking and a more regulated nervous system not wired, just supported.

If you’d like personalised support to build resilience and calm your nervous system in a sustainable way, our team would love to help.
