By working with the body-mind, feelings are accessed, and unconscious sabotage patterns can be released. Body Psychotherapy is ideal for anyone who wants to make a change in their life, increasing their capacity for pleasure and to engage more fully in life. It is a holistic approach, and changes are deep-seated and lasting. This therapy can work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Gentle body techniques are often incorporated.
Tina also offers clinical mentoring sessions for postgraduate students.
