For over 20 years, I have been helping people as a Naturopath in a number of mainstream and alternative practice settings, from a medical centre in Brisbane to physiotherapy clinic in Hong Kong. Those experiences taught me something important, complementary medicine and general medicine aren’t separate worlds. When they work together, people often get the balanced, practical care they’ve been searching for. In my clinic, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support people from all walks of life, including kids’ health, adults dealing with long-term or chronic conditions, and those navigating autoimmune issues that can make everyday life feel harder than it should. Seeing people feel stronger, lighter, and more themselves again is incredibly motivating and rewarding.
When you come in, we’ll make a clear, realistic plan to get your health heading in the right direction. I use high-quality medicinal herbs, clinical nutrition, and practical strategies you can actually apply in your day-to-day life. I’ll help you understand what your body needs and how to use food and natural medicine to support it. Life moves pretty fast, and it can sometimes feel difficult to prioritise your health. As a parent of four, I understand the constant juggle it can be to balance time and money, if you have a concession card or need to discuss other timing options, please feel free to email me.
