I have a special interest in ADHD and autism, and have spent almost a decade reading on nutritional choices in ADHD. I live with both conditions myself.

With over 15 years experience in corporate work, I understand stress and the demands of a busy modern day lifestyle. I also has two teenagers and enjoy working with children of all ages.

Other areas of interest include stress, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, gut health, lifestyle improvement work, hormonal dysfunction, and menopause (before, during and after), and mother and baby. Burn-out in both ADHD and autism is something I have personal experience of, and also have great understanding in how to treat from a biochemical perspective.

I have a strong scientific passion and previously worked in research and development at a large global supplement company. All my treatments are proven by scientific research.

Your treatment is personalised and I take great care in my approach to each persons individual needs and concerns. I provide lifestyle advice, or prescribe nutrients and/or herbal solutions which are carefully formulated to your needs. I will always find the least invasive and most informed treatment for you.

In my spare time I love cooking, playing with my children, time in nature and reading books. I look forward to seeing you in clinic and I’m available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at our Mater location.

ADHD and Autism

I specialise in ADHD and autism and held a Free webinar on natural medicine in ADHD in November 2022, which can be viewed here. My practice includes children with ADHD as well as adults. I will look at all presentations, and absolutely treat next to your medications. Burn-out, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are symptoms of physical distress which both the neurodiverse community and neurotypicals may experience.

Autism can benefit significantly from natural medicine, where targeted nutrients may reduce hyper-arousal and thus lower stress and overwhelm, including aggressive behaviours and sleep issues. Treatments also benefit the carers, as living with autism can be a journey for the whole family. I’ve recently added Tuesday afternoons to my practice hours, to keep up with my growing practice.

I look forward to helping you and your loved ones.
